Redundancy is the specification most often value-engineered out and most regretted. Meaningful protection means dual power feeds on separate circuits, data loop-back so a failed cabinet does not black out the cabinets downstream, a backup processor able to take over without a visible cut, and two playback machines running the same show file.
Start with the building, not the screen. The physical constraints of Singapore venues decide more of the design than pixel pitch does, and every one of them can be checked during a 45-minute site survey.
Then decide rental versus permanent installation.
