Which TVs does it work with?
MCOMS is certified for LG Pro:Centric and Samsung LYNK Cloud hospitality displays. We advise on the model for each room type.
Can guests see their bill and order food on the TV?
Yes. Every edition includes folio enquiry and a dining menu with ordering; the Premium edition also posts orders to the hotel's point-of-sale system.
Can guests watch from their own phone?
Yes. Casting with AirPlay and Chromecast is part of the Premium edition's app ecosystem.
Which edition do we need?
Basic suits small hotels and guesthouses, Standard most mid-scale hotels and resorts, and Premium 5-star hotels, healthcare and large resorts. A demo is the quickest way to decide.
